How long will your translation skills continue to grow?

Isn't translation skill ever-growing? Will it stop growing when it reaches a certain level? I will write about that.

The reason for writing such articles is that there are translators who have stopped growing and translators who continue to grow.

In the former case, for example, a translator who took the trial a few years ago and unfortunately failed, and even if the translator takes the test again, the translator still fails. .. Of course, the content of the trial is different, but the reasons for failing are the same. For example, mistranslation, omission, mistyping, etc. The reason for the failure is not disclosed, so the translator may not be aware of the reason for the failure.

In the latter case, it is a translator who registered a few years ago and has helped with translation work so far. A translator who listens to customer requests and reflects them in translation. In many ways, there are many things that make me think that the translator has grown over the last few years.
